This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regulates relations in the field of personal data protection of visitors to the website www.avior.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which is owned by the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "FINANCIAL COMPANY" AVIOR" (EDRPOU code 42581898, address of location: Ukraine, 01001, city of Kyiv, Sportivna square, building 1A, office 1747), registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Financial Company").

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- consent of the subject of personal data - a voluntary expression of the will of a natural person (provided that he is informed) regarding the granting of permission for the processing of his personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in a form that makes it possible to conclude that consent has been given;

- subject of personal data - a natural person whose personal data is processed;
- third party - any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or administrator of personal data;

1.2. This Policy is designed to inform personal data subjects about the procedure for processing their personal data when visiting/using the Website, as well as to ensure the protection of their personal data during such processing.
1.3. This Policy, as well as the activities of the Financial Company related to the collection, processing, storage and other lawful actions regarding personal data, are regulated by:
- the Constitution of Ukraine;
- the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2287-VI;
- other current normative legal acts of Ukraine, which regulate the issue of personal data protection;
- international legal acts ratified in Ukraine.
The law (including international), national and international normative legal acts governing the protection of personal data of residents of such countries also applies to the legal relations that arise in the Financial Company in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions.
1.4. The owner of personal data processed in connection with visiting/using the Website options is the Financial Company. The financial company has the right to fully or partially entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract concluded in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.

1.6. The financial company guarantees that:

3. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS.

3.1. When visiting/using the Website, you have the right to:
- to receive from the Financial Company information, not defined by this Policy, regarding the processing, conditions of providing access to your personal data, or to give a corresponding mandate to receive this information by persons authorized by you, except for cases specified by law;

- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data; and also exercise other rights defined by current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
